Roundtable discussion regarding fire safety

In May 2011 on the base of LTD “Kinef” (ООО «Кинеф») the roundtable discussion was held regarding fire safety with the participation of Juvena Duncan - head of fire extinguishment in Europe and Asia of rapid response center Williams Fire & Hazard Control, based in the Netherlands. The result of the Round Table was the declaration of intent, which was announced a proposal to establish the North-West Centre to respond quickly to emergency situations on the basis of "KINEF" Kirishy, with training, preparation and training of specialists private fire departments and VGSO with a stock of equipment.
