Felix DEMEKHIN

Director of science and innovation

In 1996 he graduated from St. Petersburg Higher Fire and Technical school of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 1999 he passed PhD defense on the specialty 05.26.03 “ Fire and industrial security”. He taught on the department of fire safety processes, equipment and technology. After that he headed the department of Fire-alarm system and communication in St-Petersburg University of State Fire Service of The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Natural Disasters. In 2007 he finished successfully doctorate in State Fire Academy of Emercom of Russia. In 2009 based on successful passed PhD defense Felix awarded the degree of doctor of technical science on the specialty 05.26.03 “Fire and industrial safety (oil and gas area)”. During last 10 years, he has gained considerable practical experience in the area of designing the company specification, technical conditions, planning documentation, organization of tender delivery, SMR and PNR, serving the system of fire protection, conducting complex exercises, management of teaching the stuff in the area of fire safety and the rules of operation of modern fire protection systems.
