In 1996 graduated from St. Petersburg Higher Fire and Technical school of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. In 1999 passed PhD defense in specialty 05.23.06 “Fire and industrial security” and also he taught on the faculty of Special examinations and investigations of fires, after he headed the faculty of life safety in St-Petersburg University of State Fire Service of The Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Natural Disasters. He is applicant for doctorship.
