This congress touched new projects of designing and development of oil loading terminal and ports, development of new pipeline and rail road ways, also it presented widely the best European development experience of oil loading habs (Hamburg port, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Rotterdam) and also it helped to develop new export routs and investment in the development of port facilities.
